The app is easy to navigate once you complete all the information needed. I just don't know how to choose a seat on mobile. Booking time 6:30am to 22:00. It sold out very quickly. My first option was sold out in just 7 mins. I was able to complete the booking at 6:44am This was a very time saving for the travelers. It was 334,000kip for 2 in a Second Class whilst on a minivan 1 person is 350,000kip for a 6hrs trip. VV to LP. It was 50 mins travel.

If you're using the bullet train in laos this is essential, so you don't get overcharged from shops, hostels etc

It's very good, it lets you buy, pay and change tickets. You WILL need a local sim card in order to register for an account. Overseas numbers do not work. It takes Visa and mastercards however there's a small processing fee.

You have to be a Laos citizen only to book on the app as it does not accept any other nationality of phone number so It's impossible to book through the app

Doesn't let me buy tickets, which is supposed to be the whole purpose of the app. It just says ticket purchase function not supported
