I lost my phone that was linked to my primary mobile number. Therefore, I temporarily changed the OTP receiving number to my alternative mobile number. Now I want to change the OTP number back to my primary mobile number, but the system does not provide an OTP verification option for selecting the primary number. Please provide an OTP verification method or enable the option to change the OTP number back to my primary mobile number.

Hello there, I am experiencing technical errors on both the Rail Sheba app and the Bangladesh Railway e-ticket website. The app shows: “Your request could not be processed at this moment.” The website (eticket.railway.gov.bd) shows: “403 Forbidden.” btw, does it really working nowadays? E-mailed the support team and haven’t got any response yet. So writing here. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Stupid app. Using the old captcha and when I'm doing everything correctly they tell me to wait for somebody to accept your registration. I mean I did everything, and you were supposed to make an account for me instantly.
