It has been very good, but black people can't benefit because we the common people😪In order to have this app we also have to buy tickets from black people. It would be better if one ID could not buy tickets for more than three days on the same route.

I lost my phone that was linked to my primary mobile number. Therefore, I temporarily changed the OTP receiving number to my alternative mobile number. Now I want to change the OTP number back to my primary mobile number, but the system does not provide an OTP verification option for selecting the primary number. Please provide an OTP verification method or enable the option to change the OTP number back to my primary mobile number.

Why can't I buy any tickets through your apps? I can buy tickets from any railway station, but I can buy tickets from Abdul Pur to Birampur, and why can't I buy tickets from any other station?

Account deletion option or phone number changing option must be in there. I lost access to primary number then added alternative number. Now the phone has been theft 2 months ago, can't retrieve that sim. So now I can't buy ticket. Bokwas system

Could never find a ticket from sleet to dhaka. Always have to book 10 days prior I mean how is that even possible? What are people going to do if they need to visit on an emergency basis? Would appreciate if anyone provides a time machine so that if someone accidentally had an emergency, they could go back 10 days to book a freaking ticket from Sleet to Dhaka!!!!

Very disappointing experience. The Rail Sheba app does not allow me to select my actual date of birth (2005) during registration, even though my NID information is correct. Years before 2008 are shown but cannot be selected. I tried the official website as well, but the verification process showed “The processing queue is currently full” and a reCAPTCHA quota error. A railway ticketing app should make basic registration simple and reliable. Please fix these registration and verification issues.
