Edited at 21 October 2024: This App has improved a lot. But, the only problem is, when someone applies for refund, they don't give assurance when he/she will get his/her money back. Though it is not in the hand of Railway, but they should give strict order to bKash, Nagad and other banking apps that they must refund people’s money within 48–72 hours. I've seen many people didn’t get their money back within a month, which is unacceptable. So, take this note seriously

Very bad experience. A Million problems in this app. They claim that tickets will be available from 8:00 AM onwards. However, if you search at around 7:50 or 7:55 AM, the tickets are already released and shown as sold out. This clearly indicates that tickets are being released before the announced time. In reality, they are misleading people by saying tickets will be available after 8:00 AM, while releasing them earlier.

Worst app ever. I can't even process the payment. Now I have to buy a ticket of 200 taka with 1000 taka from black. I think this is a trick by the government, they force us to buy like this so that they can earn money in an unfair way. SHAME!!!
