Good service. Trips cost the same as a normal bus ride to go anywhere within a zone. Just book ahead if ride is absolutely necessary, as on demand booking can be hit or miss. Wish it ran late at night. Refer to the LCTA website for info on how to use the service

Use it twice a day. Some days it's a bit busy on the app but other than that. The drivers are nice the dispatchers help out very much. Just wish there was more of them. <3

The app itself is good. The ppl answering are fine. The system is flawed. The 6am bus service and the night service have been deleted yet this connected doesn't go to the bus depot. LCTA does not care about their riders, yet we keep y'all in business. Sad excuse for transit. Riders need to strike their bottom line needs to hurt and their pockets this is nonsense. The ones that came up with this BS don't even use the service but made it harder for us.
