★★★★★ You can answer call rail calls on your phone now!

★★★★★ Affordable and easy to use business phone system! Call and text, record and transcribe from any device all powered by the Call Rail platform.

★★☆☆☆ POOR. No calls in, or out, but accurate call log. I call, and it's like I'm an RVM dialing two numbers at the same time to leave a voicemail. Not one call has been successfully completed. Makes me look unprofessional.

★★☆☆☆ Call Rail is a great tool but the mobile app is plagued with issues. Crashes, calls dropped, or unable to answer. We have been using it for about 2 years and unfortunately not much improvement. Good luck with their customer service-they do NOT care.

★★☆☆☆ Can't log in with Google making it a pain to try and use the app. Also, recelty the app just stopped updating and so everything just shows an error
