I have recall on mobile and desktop, the number of calls I have to decline on both platforms to get rid of garbage notifications on my phone is too damn high. The delays between different systems and users is too damn high. Stop pushing AI notes and get a solid communications baseline first.

Worst service quality we have ever used. Our company uses this and the app is extremely slow, glitches abd freezes all the time, and we have very poor quality phone calls, even if you use the desktop app under strong Wi-Fi connection. I would not recommend using Air call for your company at all. We have contacted them so many times about issues, and they have no real answer to anything.

Call quality is bad, calls drop out all the time. Calls don't even ring sometimes.
