Business user we had Ooma for about a year. In the beginning the service seem to be working fine one of the complaints I had early on was that when recording a voice message play back was really low, or you can really have a hard time hearing a left voice message. Recently call started dropping after receiving calls after exactly 1 minute. I would have to call the person back using my cell phone number because it was random dropped calls using the Voip. Customer service couldn't figure it out.
