Difficult to tell if I'm on the ooma landline or on the Wi-Fi cellphone call. I pay by the minute for the cellphone call, but for me the ooma Wi-Fi voip is no charge, which is real good. Sometimes a bad echoey connection but otherwise ok.

June 6, 2025, Pixel 8a Something bad is going on. I cannot make phone calls with the app. Good Wi-Fi, nothing, cell connection, nothing. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the phone, nothing. Power the phone down, nothing. It's just useless. Before the last update I liked it. Now the app does not ring when I get a call, and it doesn't start when I connect to the Wi-Fi. I wish I could reinstall the previous version.

This app will no longer let me enter my phone number to log in. it changes the area code!!!!!! This app is useless!!!!! Customer service is also useless and has provided NO USEFUL HELP!

Worst app ever. Showed all call as coming from my cell phone and all incoming calls rang to my cell phone. No way to only use it when I really needed it to do that. I list almost one months pay because all calls made on my home ooma line for clocking in and out of my job are showing as coming from my cell phone not my home phone which is the number registered on my work contracts.

So disappointed OOMA now requires contact list syncing to use the app, with this recent update. We are rethinking continuing to use this company because I will never sync my contacts for privacy reasons.
