DO NOT BUY: If I could give 0 stars I would. GET INSTEAD: Contacts+ REVIEW: Lead Success is non-functional. UX and Customer Service is terrible. We purchased multiple user accounts at $110 as they were partnered with a major trade show that our company was attending. We could not load the app on our iPad. Business cards were not uploading. We attempted to use the app to scan cards for two weeks after the show, reporting a long list of problems and attempts to solve them to the customer service team. The team refused to refund our purchase and eventually stopped responding. Then we are thinking our accounts were disabled, or the app just had more problems. Translation for the cards which did go through was wrong. Contacts+ works immediately, easy CSV export, fully correct translations, and it's only 8.99/mo for a basic account. For the cost of ONE Lead Success Account which only lasts for ONE month, you can get Contacts+, a far superior service, for 1 whole year.
