I used tsurukame on iphone because I'm able to "cheat" whenever I have an answer incorrect due to typing. I can do it within this app. I don't have any complaints so far. Will revisit in a few months. Thank you.

A simple app to use the web version of wanikani with push notification for available lessons and reviews. But, sometimes the push notification appears when there's no lesson nor review available.

If you want frustration trying to learn Kanji then this app is for you. Don't even bother trying to use a smartphone while learning the lessons as the font size that is being used is way too small. The way the hiragana keyboard is set out is rubbish. If you make a mistake in spelling hiragana, the program just doesn't go anywhere, while it should show you the correct spelling. All in all, a very frustrating app to use if trying to learn Kanji as a beginner. Don't waste your time or effort.

Notifications make no sense; it says I have lessons when I have none. The app opens the wanikani site on a browser, so I don't see how it is useful besides for notifications (which it does poorly).
