To be honest, they are really trying. Their customer care representative replies in some minutes, and there was a day, I called them up-to 4 times that day, and all my issues were solved without any form of displeasure. The only reason I gave them a four star is that they've not found a way to get a euro account yet, which is very important and useful to me. I really hope they are able to get it before June.

I have had a good experience, finally. With helpful customer care service. And I once had a particular transaction fail after a while and Leatherback returned the money directly to my account. I am not giving five stars because the app still closes suddenly, while using it, though the occurrence has reduced significantly. Fix it, and you get a five-star rating 😊.

Best rate and all (kudos) just only 1 problem am I having with them is way of releasing funds 😪, it likely takes forever to receive your funds into your account (nig bank account)😭😭

Bad app withdrawal to NGN takes forever and if you receive bigger funds $100 above they restrict your account

Very poor service. Recipient did not receive funds, reached out to their customers support and no reply after one week. They still have not reversed the money to my reversal account after marking the transaction as failed. Customer support is very key to tech interventions like this but Leatherback has zero customer support, it's even a minus. This is feedback. I was eventually refunded after almost 2 weeks and my email was eventually replied to after almost 10 days. Rating increased to 2.
