They are fast in receiving funds but the app itself doesn't notify you of deposits like other apps do, only email alert which isn't cool. Secondly to verify address keeps showing up sometimes even after you've gotten verified... I think it's some sort of minor bug. Resolve these all, and I'll gladly give a 5-star rating.

To be honest, they are really trying. Their customer care representative replies in some minutes, and there was a day, I called them up-to 4 times that day, and all my issues were solved without any form of displeasure. The only reason I gave them a four star is that they've not found a way to get a euro account yet, which is very important and useful to me. I really hope they are able to get it before June.

Very poor service. Recipient did not receive funds, reached out to their customers support and no reply after one week. They still have not reversed the money to my reversal account after marking the transaction as failed. Customer support is very key to tech interventions like this but Leatherback has zero customer support, it's even a minus. This is feedback. I was eventually refunded after almost 2 weeks and my email was eventually replied to after almost 10 days. Rating increased to 2.

Bad app withdrawal to NGN takes forever and if you receive bigger funds $100 above they restrict your account

Such a great app but if you guys can extend means of verification by adding NIN not driver's license or passport alone I will rate 5 star
