To be honest, they are really trying. Their customer care representative replies in some minutes, and there was a day, I called them up-to 4 times that day, and all my issues were solved without any form of displeasure. The only reason I gave them a four star is that they've not found a way to get a euro account yet, which is very important and useful to me. I really hope they are able to get it before June.

I have had a good experience, finally. With helpful customer care service. And I once had a particular transaction fail after a while and Leatherback returned the money directly to my account. I am not giving five stars because the app still closes suddenly, while using it, though the occurrence has reduced significantly. Fix it, and you get a five-star rating 😊.

Leatherback is a fraud, and you will not receive your money or transaction. Do not use them. Imagine a huge amount of money transferred and did not get to a beneficiary and also not get a refund.
