For those having problems. 1) Download. 2) Register (skip the address part. Not important). 3) Click Donate. Pick your amount. 4) Click the "monthly" tab, accept the money terms and condition box, then you can switch to "one time" if you prefer that. 5) Select National. 6) Pay. Add your card details to pay. For those who can't find the monthly/single time option, tap on the red tab under the donation amount (I was a bit confused as it starts off blank making it look like it is just an arrow pointing to how much you are donating)

I found it impossible to make a one time donation using the app. Bugs and pop-ups that won't let you donate unless you opt for a monthly subscription. Please fix it, so more people can donate.
