Good afternoon Redmi 6 device, Lee fine q27 watch. Watch photos cannot be uploaded to Photos. Also, notifications do not come to the watch if a text or a smile is sent from the application to the voice chat, there are notifications only about voice messages. Updated 06.09.2023 Hello! Photo uploading is working now. And I couldn't catch problem with notification, so now everything looks fine. Thank you a lot!

Hi Lee fine I just want to let you know that when you set times for class mode it saying your child's watch is on low power and has entered the reserve mode, and it keeps saying that the watch has power still.

Works better than when I downloaded it months ago. I was disappointed when I wouldn't receive notification for messages, only for video calls. After I sent back feedback, the following update included the notification for SOS, location, and messages from my son's watch. I'm happy with the app now, and with the watch.

Love this app. It is sweet and simple and does exactly what my daughter (7yo) needs without all the extra internet etc. I love being able to peek and she were she is, especially if she is staying with someone for the first time. It really brings me security!

Watch is turned on, fully charged battery and app error "Battery is low" can't show location, can't make a call, nothing. Less than a year of using this watch and app and now nothing works, .... It must be some updates that destroy watch and app. Doesn't matter is it android or ios. On the android device says that my account doesn't exist.

SO MANY PROBLEMS! 1. Calls only connect about 5% of the time 2. Location never works when needed most 3. Video calls worked once, then never again 4. Watch and app DO NOT communicate as promised 5. Can't add family members (list is there, but the add button disappeared after first use) 6. App made 2 profiles for me (one as admin, one as "follower"), and I can't change it. I can only call him as the "Admin", but he can only call me as "follower" I'm so angry my husband went for the cheap watch.
