App is useless if it doesn't lead to process automation. What's the point of making a class booking option if it still needs to be approved manually by the staff? (who rarely respond anyway which only leads me to the conclusion it's absolutely useless) also, I unfollowed everyone who was followed by default so I can only see things I'm interested in which took me quite a while. After the update everyone's back in my news feed and it drives me crazy, I could not care less about selfies

Hang app and crash all the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime i want to see nearby club.

I just want the app to book classes, which it seems like many recent reviewers also want. I honestly wonder if the rating has been pumped up by employees or something because its a clunky terrible design. Four clicks to get to a chat window that says: "To request a class, please provide us: (Class name), (Time), (Date), (Membership number), (Membership type)." The only reason I'm using it now is because the GroupX classes sell out early now because loads of people book a spot and then never show up. It's frustrating.
