★★★★★ I love this app! I get to customize my workouts depending on how much time I have or how I feel. I no longer feel like I am just working out endlessly and having no idea of what I even did. It feels good having a workout plan made for you daily. I would highly recommend it to all of those who feel lost but want to continue on their journey to a healthy life.

★★☆☆☆ I just downloaded it, and I was then charged an additional $19.99 for the ZING AI body scan, which I did not opt for. I tried reaching out to the support team and was told it was non-refundable. I then tried refunding my ZING Couch plan+, which is advertised as a 30-day refundable. Was told that it was non-refundable. I get wanting money, but additional charges that I didn't approve and refuse a refund is just bad practice.

★★☆☆☆ No real support. This app fails to do what it specifically states and advertises to do. You can not choose your workout days, it chooses la for you. It's not flexible, nor does it work around your schedule. It's not a helpful tool because it's inaccurate. The inaccuracy is from the lack of flexibility on workout days of your choosing, so it does not track your progress or workouts accurately. This is a useless app. Please don't purchase, and if you did, request a refund asap!

★★☆☆☆ They will trick u on the website, it tells you to pay, but it does not include the AI portion. I want my money back. After you pay then it ask you to pay for the AI scan
