This app allows people to enter garages with ease. Once you correctly download the app attach a payment method you can park in any of the legacy garages just by scanning a QR code. It also allows you to exit those garages by scanning a QR code.

Phenomenal Zero negative experiences ideally it's efficient for long excursions, shopping and essentially no harm done to my vehicle plus. I can walk a km or two for my destinations while being in proximity of high value companies and knowledge, and security 🧡🌆😁.

Unnecessary This is the most unnecessary app ever. Why do I need to make an account? Why do you make me store my credit card? None of this is required to park at other lots that do QR codes. My favorite (sarcasm) thing about the unnecessary app is that you still have to use the browser/website to enter your credit card info, further showcasing how unnecessary the app is.

Used to be able to exit via plate reader but The app was updated, and now you HAVE to download the app to Exit the parking garage. And you must have capability to scan QR Code To exit Even if you have a spot hero. It's annoying That I cannot exit Without having to download the app when I always use spot hero. Will be using the AMC garage across the st instead that's cheaper.

App is fine. Legacy Parking sucks, Customer service is no help. Company just looking to make a $$ off unsuspecting people parking. 1. This instance was with prepaid parking reservation. The gate automatically opens. I guess I arrived 1 min before it started. Upon trying to leave they wouldn't open the gate because that 1 min early= $9.99 charge! 2. Some businesses have paper QR code to validate @ the gate. Because my plate and card are on file, it automatically charges. I can't use validation!
