I can 100% recommend the APK2 parking app and Aragon-Chile car park for visitors to Valencia. We're touring Spain in my UK registered car, on a UK number plate; and it worked great for me and with my UK credit card too. The car park barrier opened automatically when my plate was recognized on both entry and exit; and my card was charged fairly. All simple, with no tickets, cards or cash needed at the car park (which was underground, clean, well lit and spacious to drive in).

You install the app which then prompts you to update it. When you accept to update, it takes you back to open the app and again to the dialogue prompting you to update the app. Never seen something so retarded.

I have to give this a one-star rating because the app failed in its main purpose. Payment of parking ticket. In the parking lot there was also the possibility to pay with a qr code. And that worked. Payment was 7 EUR with qr and 20 EUR if you'd pay at the cash machine.

Couldn't find a way to change from Spanish to English, so I was unable to use the app despite so much english information encouraging use of the app. There should be a language toggle on the opening screen of the app screen
