Selected 3 hours to watch a movie, then tapped button for AMC validation. Didn't receive QR code for validation. Customer Care said I should have not selected a time, and didn't issue a refund or corrected the mistake. Instructions on the website are unclear. Felt like a scam!

Their app crashes all the time. Their customer service doesn't respond. Their employees claim that "they just give parking tickets" even if the app doesn't work. They send an employee to give out parking tickets who claim that" If people can't use app to pay the parking fee because the app crashed, then I issue tickets. I don't care if the app doesn't work. That's not my job. I just give tickets"

They should rename the app as Park Scam. They accept your money immediately using the app, and then write tickets and fees even though you already paid. And then you have to submit a dispute in the mail on paper forms. No online or by phone service. Avoid using this app.
