My triathlon experience has been revolutionized by this program. The app is a powerful adjunct, but (caveat) you do have to subscribe to access the training features. I have used it for years, and I continue to get steady improvement in my results. Even better than this, I have been injury-free for three years despite completing 1 iron man distance race, 1 marathon, four 70.3 triathlons and a bevy of olympic and sprint distance triathlons. Especially as I am in my forties - this is stellar!!

Love using Tridot. Just open the app and do the workouts. They're constantly improving and trying to make the program better for their athletes. Also, a great community to be a part of.

App doesn't even work. Wouldn't let me add races wouldn't let me edit thresholds or even delete couldn't even cancel a membership on the un boarding. No whoop, training peaks or zwift integration.

Allows A LOT of tracking by Google and facebook Why does your app require Facebook and Google tracking? When I block tracking from those sources, the app crashes So your data privacy claims are inaccurate

Tridot may be a great system, but if you want to change your subscription there is a notification that your downgrade will take effect immediately. Okay, so I just paid $149 for this month. And I knew that after this month, I just want a more basic subscription, but it's going to be a really busy month, so I was worried I wouldn't remember. So I adjusted it now, I lost access to everything I paid for at the higher price AND they charged me for the lower subscription. That's a terrible system.
