I am thankful for Lending Point. I was referred by an auto repair shop when my car had major damage, and I needed an option to make payments. The interest rate I am paying is lower than other lenders at a fixed 13%. I am not positive what criteria they use because I didn't have a lot of credit history at the time I got the loan. I am thankful that I was approved for the loan. I am not sure they use the FICO score because my score doesn't show up here like it does with my bank.

Plz fix this app, so it shows we made a pymt after making that month's pymt!!! I don't get it, we're all complaining about same thing but no one is fixing it!! EVERY company shows pymts made each month vs stressing out that we made the pymt or wondering if accidentally clicked on 'make an extra pymt' option!! That should be the only thing you're doing with our $$ if we pay extra in app - put towards principal like every other company and show that month paid PLZ!!!! If making special pymt, call in

The app itself is fine, but the company is terrible. I had a loan with them that I paid off early this last spring. Not only does my credit history not reflect that it was paid off, but it shows as delinquent. I disputed with the credit bureau, providing screenshots and emails that proved it was paid off, but Lending Point refused to verify. My credit score took a massive hit due to this. I've been trying to rebuild my credit after a bankruptcy, and this was the last thing I needed.

App not working, I keep getting the message "Oops this app is not reliable on this device." If it does open, the fingerprint option I have saved does not work, and it takes forever to load.
