Been with Innovations since it was Coastal Systems Credit Union, I believe was the name. It was before it became Innovations, and we were disappointed to see it change. But the changes were great, and we couldn't be happier. Courteous and professional staff.

Temperamental, and takes forever to load. Easier to just open a web browser and login that way instead of the non-functional app.

WAY too many changes with the update! We have to learn the app all over again, which is frustrating! The deposit takes the photo for you and never captures a clear full image, then fails to deposit because of it! I don't live near a bank, so I'm out of a check because of it!

I love the app, can transfer between accounts, manage credit cardS and loans. Can search up to 90 days of transactions. That is when it actually works after sign in. Never ending loading circle is what you get most times. Pretty annoying and at times infuriating. Please update!!!! At this point I'm about to look for a new credit union. I haven't been able to check my account in weeks. Bad for my business and livelihood. OVER IT!
