CommonWealth One has never been competitive to other Credit Unions, large or small. Recently, I called to get my 17.5% interest rate reduced on my personal line of credit. After recently obtaining an auto loan and having a credit score above 850, I called about getting the rate reduced. I qualified for an increase of 5x's my current limit at a rate of 13.5%. Not a great rate considering an exceptional credit score, but better than 17.5%. I accepted & rate went back up to 17.5% after 1 wk.

Was in the middle of updating my phone # and the app timed out. How is that even possible when I'm in the middle of making a change and no idle time had lapsed? And no idea what my full acct #s are. You'd think the rep I was on the phone with today who approved my acct would've mentioned that. Hello!! I'm a NEW Customer!! Do I place 0001 in front of the acct # after or something else? I have no clue!! Also, the full acct # doesn't show and no clue how to get it to show. Simple at other banks

This app has turned into a disaster. Consistent bill pay problems. Every time the systems change the slightest worth cofcu, it means disaster for the app. No bill pay for a week.
