Levo is one of the Best banks I have every delt with. Amanda Foley helped with my loan, and she is extremely knowledgeable super helpful and absolutely the nicest and most caring person. My mom was having issues with her direct deposit, and I told Amanda about it. A couple of days later Amanda reached out to us to let us know that the direct deposit had made it into the account. Most bankers tend to forget or wait until you call again, but she was on it. Thank you, Amanda! I recommend Levo to everyone!!

I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G, and I noticed many others Galaxy users having trouble using the app. I must be the only person who uses email. I never received the initial email verification. Now, I never receive the 2FA email. I always get the 2FA email from my other credit union.

Still not impressed!!! Won't let me use my venmo with it, it doesn't support Venmo!! Won't accept my pin, even though I have changed my pin and started over!!! It still needs a lot of work!!!

I can't even find a way to make a payment on my loan from an external checking account. Live chat said all reps are busy. I would think that would be easy to set up. It is not.....no menu option I can find! Not a good first time using this app.
