The app is very unreliable, the withdrawal option to mobile money almost never works, you can't depend on this app for transactions. They don't have a coherent fee structure and never disclose it. Once you debit the money via a debit card, getting if out is hard. Customer service is also poor, if it was reliable we could understand the fact that they don't work 24/7 but with an unreliable app, what are you resting for, wake up on Sunday and explain to me why I can't have my money 😡😡😡😡😡😡
