I have had an excellent experience with this app! Have been using it since 5 years almost now! With any electricity problem I can immediately file complain it gets registered with a ticket number. The issues get resolved timely. Bills are also available and many LESCO forms too.

LESCO is the worst electric company ever. File complaints against issues, and they marked them as done/resolved without doing anything. Last Night power outage is for more than 12 hours, and they are marking it resolved again n again without even touching the actual matter. What type of People are these? Why do we pay bills to such pathetic private companies? Zero Services. Shame on being the biggest electric company of Pakistan.
