Latest versions are very good. Very happy. Few bugs still. Updated: figured out a trick to connect the shades finally after hours trying. Unplug the hub of back in connect another. Still was frustrating. Once connected I do love the app, but it took some figuring out to get going. It has excellent features when they work. Shades are very, very nice, but the app was frustrating. Really love the apps features just need them to work more consistently. Connecting rough. When connected very nice.

This app only 5 with me going through the whole setup every time I want to raise or lower my blinds. Had to contact my internet provider to set up 2.4 mhz for the hub. No instructions for use anywhere. NO manual. Been on the phone repeatedly with Levolor. Most horrid and difficult app I've EVER encountered. LEVOLOR should fire the entire development team. What good are motorized blinds with no way to raise or lower them!? Sales person didn't special remote that would was not included.

Still buggy after the March 2024 update. The amount of battery charge is mostly incorrect and frequently has the shade position inaccurate. It does a good job of opening/ closing shades at the correct time when you have it scheduled.

The app is buggy and not user-friendly. Just to pair a shade, I had to call customer service to find out that the workaround is to tap the next button before pressing the pair button. Then, there are meaningless error messages that pop up whenever you add a new shade or view a shade's settings. If you add a secondary user, the routines they create don't show up for the primary user! Lastly, this is more about the hardware, but each hub has about a 15 ft range, nowhere near the advertised 98 ft.
