One word!!!! Perfect!!!!! I had a issue with the water and this app picked the problem up and gave me a few solutions to check and BANG!!!! ITS ALL FIXED!!!! This app helped fix our washing machine and it was soooooo easy. . If u answer no to the logo it shows, it brings up a 3 step option with an audio check and once u get your machines diagnostic on it will tell u the problem and if not? Call the bloody shop ppl and don't cry wolf on here just because your to stupid to use an easy to use app!!!! This app gets ☆☆☆☆☆.....

Works, not fancy It worked for me on our new LG fridge with french doors and bottom freezer just fine. You do have to hold the phone's microphone up at the diagnosis logo, press next, and THEN hold the freezer button for 3 sec to get the sound to start. Android 5.1.1 on Galaxy Note4

Looks easy.. too easy.. does not work! It's the first time I need to give only 1 star to the app. It's a shame for a company like LG to release such a non-friendly to use app. Looks easy but it simply does not give correct information. My appliance has a Smart Diagnosis logo but does not have the button you'd like to press for 3 seconds! It started recording... then said it is too silent.. recording for 20mins without any success. I don't know what to do.. to wait? to spin? to cancel? Dear LG please give SOME $$ to the real programmers next time

Didn't work Doesn't have an option for a top loading washer. Plus every time I tried to get a diagnosis it kept telling me that it couldn't hear my washers sound.

No support for dishwashers after download Downloaded app after having issues with dishwasher. No support. Smart diagnosis for dishwashers is a lie. Any lawyers seeking class action suit give me a call.
