I find this app easier to use than LG Thinq remote function. It's a helpful tool to alleviate pressing the arrow step by step (up, down, over, etc.) to navigate through a big screen TV menu. This is becoming my primary remote as my tv remote isn't working well. I have noticed it sticks/freezes from time to time and that the touchpad doesn't initialize unless I select another function first. Edit: I haven't noticed freezing or sticking now

This is not like the Roku or Prime app. You have to watch an ad video after you click each icon to navigate left or right. You can't change the volume at all without paying $40 ๐

With the free trial I'd give this 5 stars because it actually works. But once the trial was over the amount of ads. I couldn't click on a button without an ad popping up, and it's all the time when you use the remote you get an ad.

You literally have to buy a subscription unless you're cool with an ad popping up after every (and I do mean every) time you press a button on the remote. It's ridiculous.
