I find this app easier to use than LG Thinq remote function. It's a helpful tool to alleviate pressing the arrow step by step (up, down, over, etc.) to navigate through a big screen TV menu. This is becoming my primary remote as my tv remote isn't working well. I have noticed it sticks/freezes from time to time and that the touchpad doesn't initialize unless I select another function first. Edit: I haven't noticed freezing or sticking now

I downloaded the LG Thin Q from the Samsung store. I went back to leave a review and it re-directed me to the Google Play store. Go figure. But if it's the same app. It's a must download. Zero adds and FREE. Not a single problem whatsoever. It's definitely a must-have. Especially for FREE. Thank you, SAMSUNG another satisfied customer.

Absolutely unusable, each single button press whether it be the home button or even a single direction arrow press plays several ads, it'll take you hours to actually do anything
