The app is glitchy on a regular basis, usually with logging in. Cloudflare stalls, or the 2-factor text code doesn't come. Online and mobile banking were both down for scheduled maintenance for 24 hours this past weekend. And here I am after the update locked out of my account because of a 2-factor text that isn't coming.

I love LGE and am a loyal customer and most parts of the all are great but belle is absolutely awful. It is so clunky and painful to use. I need to use belle a lot, and it sucks having to use it in this app. Again I can't recommend LGE enough for banking, great rates, unbeatable customer support, etc. The belle clunk is just so brutal

What happened to transfer? I can't edit my transfer or pay my card? It was available until all the banks shut down online banking for 5 days. I wasn't able to transfer funds and had a courtesy pay fee and now looking at another one because you all haven't been able to restore this feature for almost a month
