I absolutely love this app!! I love how They have different themes when it comes to meditation. I have bipolar 2, anxiety, depression, and PTSD so i listen to different varies of mediations like Ancestors, anxiety, anger, etc. and each one does what it is suppose too

I really love this app although I do think that it was a poor decision to get folks to start paying in the middle of a pandemic. I do have a paid subscription because I like supporting black business and I can afford to pay it. I just wish that you could have left access to more meditations for folks who could not afford it but needed to access them.

This app used to be free... I used it all the time in place of or to supplement my therapy sessions. And I could barely afford those. Thanks capitalism now I have to go back to using non POC meditation apps.
