After GEICO dropped the ball on me twice for roadside assistance I switched to Liberty Mutual for the last 7 years and haven't had a problem yet. Can't speak for the roadside but the rate seems as low as I can find for 2 big old tanks.

1st - no telephone number for either tech support or Claims Dept, or to adjust/modify Policy... 2nd - can't log in, because the 2-factor Auth text msg has 6 numbers, but app only has 5 blocks for numbers...

Just outrageous, went from paying $80 monthly for liability to $200 a month for liability in a span of 3 years. I have no accidents or anything of the like on my driving record. I will never get insurance from this company again, and I highly recommend anyone else to go with any other company instead. They can do all the fancy commercials and jingles they want but in the end they are just a scam.

The Right Track portion of the app is totally inaccurate, recording hands-free phone usage, incoming unread text messages and hard braking when there is none. It's also tracking my journey while I'm sat on my couch at home! These seem to be very common complaints among users, and it's clearly not in the financial interests of Liberty Mutual to fix it. Customer service was no help at all.
