My State Farm renewal premium is competitive and the renewal is easy to effect on the app. The app is easy to navigate and is informative. The only negative is that personal umbrella premium has increased considerably and further increases will likely result in non-renewal. But to be fair, other carriers have also increased umbrella premiums to the same level.

They are not as good as in the past! After being with them for 54 years the agent makes all the difference in the world! If your agent and office staff are not the A team you'll find out quickly! John Ryan was the best as so was his office staff. Since then, it has been all downhill. It's time to change agent or company. Read the reviews!

App is completely broken. It's constantly asking for my pin, and then I put in my pin, and it asks for my pin again over and over. If I put in my password it just continues to ask for my pin again over and over. Terrible app that needs an update to just be able to use the very basic functions.

Can't use the app with first accepting Accident Assistance (there is no option to decline), which apparently will track my whereabouts at all times and will be used to underwrite my policies. How very big brother of State Farm. Don't worry though, you can turn off Accident Assistance, but only AFTER you agree to their policy that allows this tracking. Guess it's time to take my six policies to another insurer.
