I had another insurance company, the gecko folks...for many years with no issues, yet when I moved to Illinois, my payments tripled!!. I shopped around, and every company I considered was cheaper. But State Farm gave me full coverage on my truck, renters insurance, and a life policy for HALF of what the gecko charged for just auto insurance. Also, having a local office is great if I have questions.

auto-pay does not work if you set it up in this app. My card on file is good, it fails every time.

(06/27/2026) STATE FARM YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME AFTER 3:00 PM MST! YOU HAVE MY CONTACT NUMBER. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! OVER CHARGES FOR INSURANCE! TERRIBLE COMPANY! USELESS APP! Called State Farm years ago to get information on policy. Requested information on policies over 3 years ago, no information provided. Called State Farm Corporate Headquarters. NO response! STATE FARM REFUSES TO PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING POLICIES! NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR. NOT THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM, NOT REPUTABLE!

July 1, 2026, uninstalled. Just received a text that my bill was past due again. More than useless app. Just paid them. March 2025 (edit: this is a known issue, per state farm rep. Just fix it, don't reach out to me.) is your bill 5 days past due? The app won't show you. Disappointing.
