I have had State Farm for a couple of years. My car was hit in April 2026. It was a total loss. They were very helpful with my whole claim process. Then, for the 2nd time in the same year, I had a drunk driver hit me and ended up with another total loss vehicle. They didn't hesitate to, once again, help me with my claims. I've been told I can get cheaper insurance somewhere else, but with all the help I have received from State Farm, I'm kind of scared to go elsewhere. I definitely recommend.

The level of permissions for Drive Safe & Save is insane. This is by far the most intrusive app I have (had) on my phone.

Every year insurance gets more expensive my car is only a 2007 started off paying about $60 a month now its $160 a month, and I never filed a claim, never got in an accident, never got a traffic ticket nothing starting to get close to another car payment

Forced to use. They won't allow you to use the internet anymore to pay your bills and require the app real pain in the butt. I would say I don't recommend the app but you're forced to use it so instead use different insurance.
