I don't know about issues reported by others. Maybe Liberty wireless didn't always have their act together. I switched to them recently, and they seem a bit behind in the porting process and were unable to port my number online, but a call to customer service, and it was taken care of. The service is A+, once initial porting issues were resolved. The app works great, and customer service seems eager to please.

This is rating this app as well as the company as the whole, network constantly has issues, calling out and incoming calls are constantly a problem, when you call the one 800 number you can't get somebody that speaks English that is understandable. Everything is always we are "working on it" and it will be fixed "later" just later never comes. Just like now their own website says to download the self-care app but when you click on it, the self-care app is not available.

1st of all, their plans may catch your eye because they are cheap because that's what caught mine at a time when I need to reduce some Bill's and try to go the cheaper route and let me tell ya, you get what you pay for. Cheap phone service that you can't get ahold of customer service when you need to. (Like now) GPS loses signal A LOT ALMOST 99 PERCENT of the time so that's fun! Their data goes so fast I've topped up like 4 or 5x already! So glad plans almost over. Don't recommend at all!!!!
