Libre Mercado

Libre Mercado is the offline bento faceplate for makerspace leads, print-farm operators, and fab-lab instructors who need every open filament spool to stay honest. See the whole farm at a glance. Oversized shade cells show a dominant color swatch, polymer badge (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC), brand and line, live grams-remaining fill ring, and dryer-state pip—so you never grab a silent empty mid-job. After every print, open a cell and enter grams extruded (or convert meter length via density). The remainder and fill ring recompute instantly on-device. No cloud, no account, no wait. Each spool has a full dossier: diameter (1.75 or 2.85 mm), density, purchased mass, opened-on date, storage bay ID, assigned printer, empty-spool tare, and reorder SKU. Capture label and desiccant-window photos with the camera—they bind only to that spool record on your device. Record a short voice memo about brittleness, stringing, or odor and play it back from the same dossier. Track moisture with sealed / in-dryer / ready states. An optional local chime can notify when a dry cycle ends (disclosed in the in-app Privacy Policy). Filter and sort the bento by lowest remainder, polymer, brand, assigned printer, or dryer state without leaving the main chrome. Drag a spool cell onto a named printer chip so the next operator knows who holds which open roll. Explore immediately with a seeded farm of 12 complete spools—Prusament PLA Galaxy Black, Hatchbox PETG Teal, NinjaTek TPU, Polymaker ASA, silk PLA, carbon PETG, and more—with realistic remainders and memo slots. Zero empty states on first launch. Shop settings cover units (g/kg), default diameter, and bay labels. Offline persistence keeps your farm intact across sessions. Photos and audio never leave the device. Built for print farms that cannot afford silent empty spools mid-job.
