Having deleted the Microsoft 365 app (I'm moving off American platforms for both privacy and political reasons), after a friend sent me a DOCX file, I found I wasn't able to open/view it. This, from the Open Document Foundation, worked perfectly and, even better, made conversion to PDF easy. I've used LibreOffice on my desktop for years (great office suite btw) so felt comfortable downloading this rather than any one of a plethora of other docx/office reader apps, no doubt riddled with ads.

Experimental mode is still very experimental! Text doesn't appear or delete unless I double tap to zoom in or out, and UI just feels buggy. I love LibreOffice on desktop, but until this app is improved, I guess I'll be stuck with Google Docs on mobile. Hope this improves in the future.

Honestly, this sucks. I have the desktop version and it works great! But then I go and copy a spreadsheet I have on my desktop onto my phone and go to view it, and the spreadsheets on this app is a joke. It is a NIGHTMARE trying to zoom in, edit in the new mode, or have anything not lag (it has next to no data btw). Every time I try to zoom in or scroll down it looks like it's having a stroke. It frantically needs some functionality updates.

Useful once then useless after that for opening online files. Want to view a live document on my Google Drive, and it opens it, but the. It never updates if the file updates, even after reinstalling

Haven't been able to open anything with this in over a year, including documents made with LibreOffice for the desktop. It's just not useful anymore since it fails to open almost everything, including simple csv files. loadComponentFromUrl returned an empty reference error opening a local csv file.
