Can't able to use this app because of pvt app. Already paid charges to pvt app before 4 mths back. They are not refunding our balance mth charges. So we can't delete that app. Plz solve our problems.

LIC apps are not good as private apps, we agents are facing many problems to give service to policyholders. In private apps FUP, REVIVAL QUOTATION WITH INTEREST, ADDRESS, policyholders Mobile number are available we can inform them through phone or what sup. Pl release the best app for agents.

Getting worst experience day by day. Wrong numbers in presentation. Not at all useful for feild force... sometimes app getting closed automatic while generating presentation.12-10-2025 getting white screen, not even able to open app.15-10-2025 same problem without any intimation. New plans not yet updated. Not working.

Policy Due with Late fee is not showing. The due list should be displayed in Vertical (portrait) in a single page, It would be better to see and tell the customers in no time. After sorting due list it's showing in 10–70 pages. Again we need to click on view all is a waste of time process. Understand the agents requirements make a draft, implement it before performing UAT with agents not the LIC authorities.
