I was very happy to see the app with new features, but functionality failed to impress me. I have a very simple request to update IFSC code of my bank account but the app doesn't allow me to do this, as the account number is not changing! The only change is in IFSC code. App doesn't allow me to proceed because the same account number is already linked with my policy. Now I have to take half day leave from my office to make physical visit to a nearby LIC branch to do this work. Not happy at all!

CKYC couldn't be completed. Firstly it takes a long time to generate the Aadhaar OTP and even if it is generated successfully, it often cannot be validated even though the email received from Tidal confirms that Aadhaar authentication was successful. And why on earth was CDAC chosen to process it? Why couldn't you manage it internally? Also, why was there a need to release a separate app when the LIC Digital app was already available? You could have simply updated the LIC Digital app into DIVE.

Bonus accrued is not clearly shown in the app. Hello, The issue I have highlighted is not one off. Please check your app and highlight where can one see the Bonus accrued on the policy.
