After updating lifecubby, the app has been very time consuming. We go to fill out information of the students and the programs randomly shuts down. It happens more often than I would like to admit. It is not very beneficial if the program keeps shutting down. We have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and the problem still continues. Also, our app only has the icons it does not have the labels under it. This goes for before and after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Liked lifecubby better before the update but do love the set up of the new lifecubby.

log in works on website, be when i try with the app it says credentials are invalid. disappointing

The app constantly crashes. Have to sign in every time I turn on my device. Sometimes the app sits idle and won't complete the sign in. Please fix the issues. It makes our already difficult job of communicating with families that much harder.
