Great experience with LH. Got $400 back on my rental. My apartment isn't a mansion, but it wasn't anything to do with LH. They offer cash back on almost all the rentals I looked up. Great communication from their support team.

Leaving this review since the app (or website) doesn't have any way AT ALL to contact any type of support. I've used the service before & had a great experience, so this was jarring. My LK, Jwana McNeal (in case you get paired up), has not been clear, concise, or consistent in comms & would message at all sorts of odd hours, barely responded, & couldn't even keep their own follow-up timelines. Didn't want it to come this, but the service has no way to either switch LK's or reach support. 🤷♂️
