Lights Out Game Instructions

In each level, you will be faced with a grid of squares, with some light bulbs in either an on or off state. Your goal is to turn off all the light bulbs by strategically clicking on them.

1. Clicking on any light bulb will toggle its state as well as the state of its adjacent bulbs (up, down, left, and right).
2. Turn off all the light bulbs to complete the level.
