This is the Lightspeed Voice app, designed to be a companion to Lightspeed Voice's web application Quantum. You can make and receive calls through our VoIP system, send and receive texts and emails, and perform your usual phone system actions like park, transfer, hold, and more. Additionally, you can view your switchboard and get live updates as your team members make and receive calls, and access your phonebook like you would through our web application.

Unusable. Call quality is poor; customers are constantly complaining that I'm "breaking up". I end up having to use my private number. Incoming calls are delayed by as much as 5 minutes. The app should be pulled until major improvements are made. It reflects poorly on Light speed's otherwise excellent phone system.

LS Voice is one of the worst phone services I have ever used. I have had nothing but issues over crackling phones or poor connections. I often have to call people back when my phone starts to cut out. I have called them, and they blame my Internet provider. The provider completely rewired my Internet. I switched to my mobile network instead and the crackling still continues. I am sick of calling their tech support to just get told it isn't their issue. Don't use them!
