Recently moved to Light year and I have to say I'm very impressed. The App interface is the slickest around and keeps things intuitive and simple. Plenty of features to keep investors interested and the recent cut in fees is a real bonus. A slight drawback is the fairly limited selection of fractional share options. A very positive experience so far, and I'm glad to see the back of ridiculous social media (t212) cropping up on an investing platform dashboard. Well done, Light year 👍

Terrible, I downloaded the app but nothing loads properly, I did updates, deleted and reinstalled, but it still won't work, doesn't fill me with confidence to deposit my money into it, I will use trading 212 instead.

Another fintech app that requests uploads of photos of ID and a selfie, and then either doesn't like my photos or doesn't like my face. They also sent an email the next day asking for a proof of address despite rejecting my ID. I also goofed up the SMS security code, and it gave me access anyway. That doesn't seem particularly secure. I'm giving it 2 stars because at least support was quick when I asked them to delete my account. I'm fine with compliance but it has to work
