Once you are able to log in the app really had a lot of offer. However, not so people using the app have an employer ID, as in the included family that can use Limeade. Before I could log into my account via the computer using my username and password. However, the mobile app version does not offer the ability for one to log in to their account using their username and password. Why? I once used Limeade on my phone but no longer can I do this. It's simply inconvenient.

First one star I've given in 8 years. 1) Unable to sign in via mobile app. 2). Sending the login error report also fails. 3). Help link from the failed login error report screen also fails. 4). "Contact Us" link also fails. This is on a Samsung Galaxy Note cell with every other app connected and verified working, so it's not a network or hardware issue. 5). When I eventually do sign in (crossing fingers), it appears that it won't support my daily tracking via Samsung Health app.
