Unable to log in. after.months of using it, now all of a sudden I am not able to access it. I emailed terry berry but o response. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Atrocious app. On a phone you cannot meet the password requirements as it doesn't complete telling you those requirements. Must contain one capital letter, must contain one lower case letter, and must contain one... One what?

App keeps crashing, opens the closes straight away and unable to access anything

Doesn't log in all the time, no access to the premium catalog, colleges have ended up losing points as there is no way to redeem them unless you have the apple phone app
