All better now. Not sure what was up before. App was easy to link up with Google and Fitbit data is syncing up as requested keep getting the error about unable to load onboarding content. Never been able to run the app.

NOT WORKING - I googled, and it said use the health connect app. I did that, nothing would sync. I email for support, and they write "The Samsung device cannot be connected to Health Connect otherwise when you connect that to Be Well it will cause discrepancies in steps. The health connect app will count your steps while you have your phone on you" it doesn't work with the phone or watch either. The app sucks and support is no help.

Health connect didn't sync, not working at all. I wish google fit would work for these.

App regularly has issues tracking steps with sync to Garmin watch. Follows all steps for troubleshooting, disconnected and reconnected device, verified steps in Garmin connect, even reinstalled app. Support requests have slow follow up.
