App logged me out, I don't remember my username or password, and there's no password recovery if you don't have a company email. I'd like to recognize some folks. Update: unable to use app because of an update that is unavailable for download

Completely worthless app. Obviously my company didn't research it very well before telling employees to use it. Service awards don't show up, cannot redeem. Cannot search products to redeem points. Cannot reward others, app won't let you select award level. Garbage app.
