If you have an android device, be ready to manually enter all info - the only app available for syncing is Google Fit, and it's the most inaccurate app I've ever used. I'd like the Sprout app a LOT more if it would sync with my Samsung Health app like it does it the Apple Health app.

For activities like running it does not sync the distance forom Gramin devices or Strata, it is only considering the timing (min)
