The best app. I have seen so far for the Khmer language. It's expensive for an app. But it's worth it. It helps better for the speaking so far, although the reading and writing you can go to a book store in Cambodia and practice with the same learning tools as the local children, grades 1 - 6. For the reading and writing, it would be better if they had reading and writing exercises better than tracing something out on your phones screen. Separate exercises would clearly be better :)

False advertisement: in the ad they claim it's free (with ads) and that it's native speaker audio, both of which statements seem to be false.

I am a complete beginner in Tagalog. Here is how a typical lesson goes. "Man. Woman. Girl. The man takes the woman to the hospital and then drops the girl off at school" and then rather than having you fill in the words you learned, it asks you to identify and remember what "and" or "then" or "school" was. When, in the 8th lesson (or whatever) they did numbers and just started with 17 and 28, I decided that I was not going to learn anything from this app.

This app is half-baked. It teaches you phrases but doesn't tell you the meaning of individual words. That would be great if I want to speak in predefined phrases and not learn the language. Conversation doesn't work like that. There's also one lesson type that has you guess things it hasn't even introduced yet. 2 stars because it's accurate, just terribly implemented.
