B2 level - Teachers are top-notch and lecture slides are well-structured. But lingo bites could have been better. It feels like they didn't put much effort while creating the exercises. Also, in the vocabulary trainer, there is no way to add the words from the lesson which I don't know. The subscription model requires you to have an active subscription to take classes, which is a good thing for a procrastinator like me, who would have just bought the credits and never used them.

🎯 "I like the model and the classes, and would've rated the service five stars. Unfortunately, they are in the business of extortion. You bought classes you didn't use and accumulated too much? You're bad. If you try to pause your subscription they don't allow you to take classes in between. So all you can do is either continue paying or wait and continue paying, only accumulating classes. I think this is an atrocious practice that really made me hate an otherwise great platform." Felipe

It's not worth it, they steal your money. You buy credits, and they expire, and you can't end your subscription, or you lose access to your already purchased credits, so you have to keep paying them and keep buying credits even if you can't keep up, or you lose everything. It's an abhorrent business practice. Avoid at all costs. I feel sick from their theft.
