Why am I being charged $75 when I cancelled the trial?! And my refund request is being refused!! This is BS. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PAYMENT INFO AT ALL EVEN FOR TRIAL. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

8/3/26 : Very disappointing experience. I signed up for the 7-day free trial, expecting to try the app before deciding whether to subscribe. Instead, I was charged 2,694 pesos for a yearly subscription during the trial period. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription immediately. However, the cancellation only stopped the automatic renewal for next year, while the current yearly subscription remained active. In the end, I had to pay 2,694 that I never intend to purchase.

I was really excited for this for my 3-year-old but the games are NOT tailors for toddlers.it claimed it was tailored for 3-year-old yet all the subjects were vowels, spelling large words, math, and super advanced things for a 3-year-old. I even changed the year for 2-year-old and none of the games changed. I was looking for fun games for my child to identify numbers and ABCs. Way too advanced for any kid under 5.
