They just blocked my account on their app. Because a filed a complain about them, as they are hiring incompetent servers at the stores, and as I tried to follow up with my complaint they blocked me from the app and not responding on what's app

Invalid OTP The OTP received is always invalid. You can't register through the app.

Don't use this app it's worse. I have placed order yesterday. The status was "in kitchen" I. E under preparation. For more than 7 hours status was same. And this morning the app showed that order is delivered, but it was not delivered. The customer care just inform to wait. Till now, I have not received refund nor the issue was resolved.

Pizza great and all and that's why I'm coming back to this restaurant however no delivery option is a bit strange as well as their prices, the coupon is limited therefore you can't combine offers and coupon together which is such shame, at least 10 percent would be nice since the price is a bit unjustified.
